worked in the new home construction sales and planning for over 20 years. In his free time, Steve enjoys spending time with his daughter, walking, biking, hiking, running and exploring the great Maine outdoors.

Stephanie exudes positivity, passion, and excitement in her work with our team and tenants. Stephanie is a Harrison native who has spent the last 20 years living in Florida. She is happy to have relocated back to her hometown in 2021 to be closer to family. Stephanie loves adventure and bringing joy to others. Her greatest joys are her family and experiencing life’s beauty.
