Where are your rentals located?

The majority of our rentals are located in Bridgton, Maine.


What apartments are available for rent?

Am I responsible to pay for my own utilities?

Yes, each resident is responsible to pay for their own utilities.


What are the utilities?

The utilities are public water, high-efficiency electric heat and air conditioning, and electricity.


How is trash removal handled?

Residents are responsible to dispose properly of their own trash. Bridgton has a local Transfer Station that handles Trash and Recycling or residents may privately hire, Main Eco Property Maintenance and Service Division. to retrieve of your trash weekly: (207) 647-RENT.


Is there parking on site?

Yes, up to two spaces for parking (one vehicle per person)


What is your pet policy?

We do allow a pet; however, it is a case-by-case basis and at the Property Manager's discretion. one dog per unit and up to 50 lbs.

Dangerous breeds including, Pit bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinchers, Chows, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, St. Bernards, Wolf Hybrids, German Shepards, and a mix of any of the above are not permitted, including visiting dogs.


If my pet is accepted, what is the pet fee?

The pet fee is $25 a month.


How does the application process work and is there an application fee?

Each applicant over the age 18 must fill out our Application and is subject to a background and credit check. The application fee is non-refundable and is $78 per person.


What do you require for a security deposit?

We require a security deposit equivalent to the first months rent.


What is the duration of the lease?

We require a one year minimum lease.


Is there a washer and dryer in the units?

Yes, each of our units has a high-efficiency stackable washer and dryer.


Will there be more apartments available?

Yes, we have another 16-Unit apartment building that we are taking reservations for and will be move-in ready December, 2023. We also always have availability from time to time, so it's best to call us directly (207) 647-RENT (7368) to check current availability.
